    What You'll Do

    Quantitative Trading Analyst interns will be embedded on our trading teams and work directly with traders and other QTAs to create software that leverages our proprietary research infrastructure to improve existing trades and investigate new ones.

    Responsibilities

    Examples of projects include:

    • Developing and improving pricing models.
    • Exploring new ways of analyzing portfolio risk.
    • Execution optimization.
    • Contributing to our key performance indicator dashboards.

     

    You'll gain exposure to multiple trading desks, asset classes, data sets, and problem types over the summer to help both you and us find the best fit for your skills and interests.

    Qualifications

    What You'll Need to Be Successful

    • Undergraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering or a related field.
    • Experience analyzing datasets or developing automation tools in Python.
    • The ability to quantify your insights using probability and statistics.
    • Clear communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and in teams.
    • A sense of urgency to solve meaningful problems and the ability to thrive in a competitive industry.
